DAY 1: INDIA – NEW YORK
Take the Flight to New York. In the Morning, Reach New York by evening.
Go for Indian Dinner & then check in, Overnight is in New Jersey.
DAY 2: NEWYORK
Full Day Sightseeing of New York. We first visit the Statue of Liberty and then go for a City tour of United Nations headquarters, Ground Zero, Times Square, Wall street. Indian Lunch In the Evening we visit the Empire State Building, Indian Dinner. Overnight is in New Jersey
DAY 3: NEWARK – WASHINGTON D C
Transfer to Washington after an early Breakfast, Reach Washington & have Indian Lunch Later visit the Capitol Hill, White House & the Washington Memorial.
Then transfer to the Air & Space Museum
Overnight is in Washington D C
DAY 4: WASHINGTON- NIAGARA FALLS
Transfer to Niagara after Breakfast. En Route Visit the Hershey’s Factory Lunch En Route and then Reach Niagara by night
Overnight in Buffalo
DAY 5: NIAGARA – ORLANDO
In the Morning visit the Niagara Falls. Go for the Maid of the Mist Ride – Subject to Weather We then transfer to airport to take the flight to Orlando.
Reach Orlando by evening & transfer to hotel. Overnight is in Orlando
DAY 6: ORLANDO – SPACE CAMP DAY 1
Transfer to Kennedy Space Center after Breakfast Space Camp Day 1
Lunch with Astronaut
DAY 7: ORLANDO – SPACE CAMP DAY 2
Full day in KSC – Day 2 of Space Camp. In the evening visit the Coco beach.
DAY 8: ORLANDO – UNIVERSAL STUDIOS
Full day tour of Universal Studios
DAY 9: ORLANDO – DISNEYLAND
In the morning visit the Florida Mall for shopping. After Lunch visit the Disney Epcot. Return to hotel after the fireworks show at 10 pm. Over-night is in Orlando.
DAY 10: ORLANDO – INDIA
Day Free for Shopping, Take flight back To India in the evening.

Eligibility
This program is open to hardworking school students willing to explore new ideas and horizons.
This program is not a vacation but demands serious efforts by all participants.
The age group for the program is between 12 - 18 years
Group Size
The recommended group size is 25 students. If there are less than 25 students that are interested, we will try to combine two or more schools to form a group or else you will be given an alternate departure date.
Cost Includes
The program cost is ex-Delhi. It does not include costs of traveling for visa interview to the nearest US embassy or consulate or the costs for traveling to the city of departure to take the flight. Kindly charge the students extra to cover the local travel costs if your school is located away from the city of the visa interview and port of departure.

Exclusions
- Any expenses of a personal nature and anything not included above.
- Surcharges apply for any trade fare or special event in the city
- No refund either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation. meals, sightseeing, accommodation, entrances etc.

- This is a Proposal only. Hotels/services are not blocked until we receive your confirmation letter.
- Above rates are subject to change based on availability at the time of booking.
- Please note that the inclusions are as per the quote above, items not mentioned are not included. Please verify the inclusions as additional items can only be provided at additional cost.
- Please note that rates are based on quoted group size, if group size changes the rates will be adjusted accordingly.
- Driver tips are NOT included. Recommended tips are $3.00 per person per day.
- Breakfast is provided by the hotel at their standard time. Additional services may result in additional cost.
Reservations
A very limited number of slots are available for schools from India and South Asia and a four to six month advance booking is recommended. For timely processing of US visa, a minimum working period of 2 months is required. All documents and advance payment must be received by us at least 2 months before the travel date.
Cancellation Policy
- If visa is not granted Rs 30,000/- will be taken as cancellation charges.
- Tour Cancelled after booking Rs 30,000/- deducted plus cancellation charges if any
- Tour Cancelled after airline tickets are blocked Rs 85,000/- will be deducted
- Tour Cancelled 60 days prior to tour date 50% of the total tour amount
- Tour cancelled 45 days prior to tuor date 70% of the total tour amount.
- Tour cancelled less than 30 days before the tour date – NO REFUND
- No show due to any resaon – NO REFUND
