New Delhi sightseeing - Half day tour

Planned by Lutyens, New Delhi offer ever-changing perspectives of its Victorian past. Visit Humayun's Tomb, aptly called predecessor of Taj Mahal, Qutab Minar (a 11th century victory tower). Drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan (President's House), India Gate and Parliament House.

Visit Laxmi Narayan Temple (or Birla Mandir) - A massive Hindu Temple, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib (Sikh Temple dedicated to Guru Harkishan, the eighth Guru of the Sikhs) and Lotus Temple (or Bahai Temple) - Built in white marble, this lotus shaped temple has been dubbed the "Taj Mahal of the 21st century".

National Museum - A veritable treasure house of India's glorious past, it houses among its collections, the 5,000 year-old relics of the Indus Valley civilization, varied exotic paintings, old manuscripts and mural paintings from Buddhist shrines in Central Asia. Crafts Museum - Set amidst the re-created rustic surroundings of a typical Indian village. Every month craftsmen from different parts of rural India are given an opportunity to exhibit their skills and wares. Rail Museum - Home to the grand old Iron Ladies of India's steam engine era. A small toy train takes children around the museum.
