Reservations and Payment:

The reservation can be made after filling the registration form. After that the dully filled form for accommodation and pre post tours along with 50% of the invoice value as deposit has to be sent to Event Manager. Hotel accommodation will be available on the basis of Single, Double/Twin and Triple (Double bed plus single floor mattress) occupancy during the conference. The balance payment (if any) should be remitted before 30th June 2008. To make your payments for your accommodation and pre and post conference tours, choose one of the three convenient options:

• Online Credit card payment through our website
• Bank Draft, kindly ensures the same is made out in the name of ‘SHIKHAR TRAVELS (I) PVT. LTD.' and marked 'Account Payee' only.
• Bank Transfer, kindly makes it directly to our Account No. 0451084224, Citibank, Jeevan Bharti Bldg, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001, INDIA. (SWIFT Code – CITIINBXAIBD).

Any booking made after 30th June 2008 require full payment upon confirmation. If final payment is not paid when due dates, SHIKHAR Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled.

The Tour price includes (per person price in INR):

• Twin sharing accommodation in first class hotel, resort / jungle lodge as applicable to programme on bed and breakfast basis unless specified otherwise.
• Transfers and sightseeing as listed in the itinerary by air-conditioned car /coach for all tours except few one where non AC car will be used.
• Sightseeing per program with local English speaking guide.
• Currently applicable taxes.

Price does not include:

• International or domestic air fare or airport tax. Domestic air fare for the tour is given separately.
• Monument Entrance fee (Where applicable)
• Additional tours and sightseeing or stay which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Items of personal nature like drinks, laundry, telephone calls, meals (except breakfast) etc.
• Insurance of person / luggage.

Cancellation Charges:

Cancellations must be notified in writing on the name of SHIKHAR Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. and same is to be mailed at eventmanager@ifbls2008aiimt.org. Cancellation fees are applied to the following timetable:

• Cancellation received before the date of 22 May, 2008: $ 100 per person.
• Cancellation received between the dates of 22nd May, 2008 to 23rd June, 2008: 25 percent loss of the trip price.
• Cancellations received after 23 June, 2008: 100 percent loss of trip price.

In certain cases the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.

Refund:
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services. Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip. Due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator if any additional services are needed by the client, passenger will be responsible for his own hotels/lodge/meals and other expenses. Neither SHIKHAR Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for weather conditions. Refund will be made with in 60 days after completion of the Congress.

Force Majeure Conditions:
In case of cancellation/delay due to force Majeure conditions, the terms and conditions relation to cancellation charges will not apply and the agency will not pay any refund.

Responsibility, Liability and Extra Cost:
All the packages are sold under the business management of SHIKHAR Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. and they are in no way to be considered as the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither SHIKHAR Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes / riots, road block etc. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for such unforeseen conditions. The rates are current at the time of printing and subject to change without notice. SHIKHAR Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any expenses due to delays or cancellation of transportation in these packages. Airfare quoted for each tour is based on presently applicable fare and subject to change.

Governing Law:
This conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
