Nagaland Tribal Tour itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVE KOLKATA
On arrival at Kolkata airport you will be received by our representative in traditional manner with garlands. After meet and greet transfer to hotel.

DAY 2: KOLKATA - DIMAPUR – KOHIMA (FLIGHT & 75 KMS 2 Hrs. DRIVE)
Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and well in time transfer to airport to board the flight to Dimapur. On arrival meet and assistance on arrival and drive to Kohima, Enroute stop at Zubza check post 16 km before Kohima. Later on arrival in Kohima check in at the hotel Japfu and have lunch. In the afternoon visit to Nagaland Emporium.

DAY 3: KOHIMA – TUOPHEMA (35 KMS 1 ½ DRIVE)
In the morning after breakfast visit Vishwema Village (Angamai Tribe) and Kigwema Village. Later drive to Tuophema. On arrival chek- into Tuophema Tourist Village. In the evening enjoy Nagal folk music and dance

DAY 4: TUOPHEMA - WOKHA – MOKOKCHUNG (115 KMS 5 HRS. DRIVE)
Morning after breakfast drive to reach Mokokchung (1325 mts) - the centre of Ao tribe. On the way stop at Longsa village for police check post after the formalities visit Longsa village (Lotha tribe) which is about 80 km before Mokokchung. Later continue drive to Longkhim village of Ao tribe (14 km before Mokokchung). visit to a village house, rock memorial, village rise mill etc. Upon arrival in Mokokchung check-in at the circuit house for overnight stay.

DAY 5: MOKOKCHUNG
Morning after breakfast excursion to Mopungchukit village. This village is permanent Mission Centre of Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang. Visit time pillar and Morung at the village. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the area on your own.

DAY 6: MOKOCHUNG – TUENSANG (85 KMS 5 HRS. DRIVE)
Morning after early breakfast drive to reach Tuensang (1371 mts). On the way stop at Chare town 60 Kms. before Tuensang for police check-post. After formalities continue you drive, En-route 30 km before Tuensang visit Longkhim Village of Sangtam tribe - Visit local Sangtam house and a small walk in the village. Later on arrival check-in at the Circuit house. Later in the afternoon visit Tuensang Village of Cham Tribe, and explore around to see some of the finest traditional huts.

DAY 7: TUENSANG – MON (160 KMS 5 HRS. DRIVE)
After an early breakfast drive to Mon via Tobu. Upon arrival in Mon check in at the ADC Rest House for overnight stay.

DAY 8: MON
In the morning visit Shangnyu village and Morong, Shangnyu village museum, Shangnyu Ang house which is close to the museum, Rock memorials. In the afternoon drive to Chui Village to see Wangkhao Ang House - one of the best Ang houses with beautiful decoration.

DAY 9: MON - SONARI – SIBSAGAR (95 KMS 4 HRS. DRIVE)
After breakfast at hotel drive to Sibsagar which was capital of Ahom Dynasty. On arrival check in at hotel later in the afternoon explores the city.

DAY 10: SIBSAGAR - DIBRUGARH – KOLKATA (85 KMS 2 ½ HRS. DRIVE & FLIGHT)
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Dibrugarh airport to board flight to Kolkata. On arrival meet and assistance by our representative and transfer to hotel for check in.

Overnight at Mon
DAY 11: DEPART KOLKATA
Morning after breakfast proceed for heritage walk of Kolkata. Later well in time check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight for onward journey.
