Day 01: Arrive - Delhi
Welcome to India- a country where hospitality is a way of life ; to a culture steeped in tradition, a land where history lives in music and dance. Our representative will receive you at the airport in a traditional manner with garlands and escort you to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02: Delhi - Jaipur
Take a Old Delhi tour with visit to Raj Ghat – The national memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, Red Fort - Delhi's most magnificent monument was built by Emperor Shah Jehan, Jama Masjid – India's largest Mosque. Later in the afternoon drive down to "Pink City ".
Day 03: Jaipur - Jodhpur
Take a tour of Jaipur with visit to Amber Fort- The classical romantic Rajasthan Fort palace. It's construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592 , Jantar Mantar – The observatory, Hawa Mahal – 'palace of the winds' , which adjoins the famous City Palace wall, was built in 1799 , and the City Palace. In the evening departure transfer to Rly. Stn. to board the train fr Jodhpur. Received at Jodhpur Stn and transfer provided to hotel.
Day 04: Jodhpur –Pokhran – Jaisalmer (Desert Resort )
Take a tour to Mehrangarh Fort - Mehrangarh Fort stands a hundred feet in splendour on a perpendicular cliff, four hundred feet above the sky line of Jodhpur, Jaswant Thada - is an example of architectural brilliance , It is a white marble memorial, built out of intricately carved sheets of marble. The carving shows the genius of the sculptors. These stones are extremely thin and polished. As a result, the outside surface of the monument emits a warm glow when the sunrays fall on its surface, Umaid Bhawan Palace & Museum - Umaid Bhawan Palace is the last of the great palaces of India and one of the largest residences in the world – set amidst 26 acres of lush gardens and is a blend of eastern and western architectural influences. Later drive down to Jaisalmer, enroute visit Pokhran Fort . Arrive & check into Desert Resort.
Day 05: Jaisalmer
Take a tour of the Fort, Tazia Tower and famous haveli of Jaisalmer. Some of them being Nathmalji-ki-Haveli , Patwon-ki-Havelie, Salim Singh-ki-Haveli - this 300 years old Haveli. Afternoon free and discover the fort city on your own. Evening at sunset enjoy camel ride at Sam Dunes.
Day 06: Jaisalmer - Bikaner
Drive down to Bikaner via Kolayat . Afternoon tour of Bikaner city takes you to Junagarh, Lal Garh Palace, Ganga Golden and Jubilee Museum.
Day 07: Bikaner - Pushkar
Morning drive down to Pushkar, the venue for the famous " Pushkar Festival" via Deshnok temple or the rat temple. In the evening witness the 'Aarti' ceremony at Pushkar Lake.
Day 08: Pushkar - Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore)
Take a tour of Savitri temple, Man Mahal - on the banks of pushkar lake. Drive down to Sawai Madhopur better known for it's close proximity to Ranthambhore National Park.
Evening game drive to the park.
Day 09: Sawai Madhopur(Ranthambore) - Agra
Early morning drive to Ranthambhore National Park which use to be the royal hunting ground for Maharaja of Jaipur. Later drive down to Agra - "City of Taj Mahal".
Day 10 : Agra
Visit the famed monument Taj Mahal, Taj Mahal of India - "the epitome of love", "a monument of immeasurable beauty" which took 22 years to complete, and Agra Fort – built during 1565-1571 and located on the banks of River Yamuna.
Day 11: Agra -Delhi - Out
Morning drive down to Delhi. Arrive Delhi and proceed for half day tour of New Delhi visiting, Laxmi Narayan Temple – locally known as Birla temple, Rashtrapati Bhawan – official residence of Indian President, India Gate (is a majestic high arch,42 metres high, built as a memorial to the Indian Soldiers killed in world war 1) and Qutub Minar - (The 72.5m high tower dates back to the 13th century and is one of the greatest bequests of the Islamic culture). In time transfer to intl. airport to board flight for onward destination. Note : *Red Fort remains Closed on Monday *Taj Mahal remains Closed on Friday.
