Panic has gripped the continents, as WHO declared  the coronavirus crisis a pandemic. India too is taking extreme steps to  contain the spread of the virus, and has imposed a complete lockdown for  21 days till April 14. They left\u00a0before all the borders got sealed, and they all made it home\u00a0safely and I am\u00a0happy for them. However some of us did not manage to leave in time to return home to be with our families.For  the time being I feel a bit frustrated as I am all alone in the city  and dreaming of my home the whole night. The next morning when I climb  down my bed I feel the mere silence without the honking of vehicles and  barking of humans. For the first time I can hear the sound of birds from  my balcony which gives me immense pleasure. During this lockdown period  I have seen the city changed. Since most of the Institutions and transport services have been shut down for 21 days the air quality has improved drastically. The Neighbours are getting  closer, communicating and helping each other. People are giving respect  to the vegetable vendors and other essential goods suppliers. It brings  a sense of responsibility within us and teaches us to respect the  necessity against desire. \u00a0<br><br>No dought, this unexpected virus attacked humankind vigorously, but it also brings back the humanity to the humans..<br><br>#StayathomeStaysafe. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is Covid 19 which forced the world to go in hibernation mode.
