Auden's Col Trek itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi meet our representative and transfer to hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 02: Delhi – Rishikesh
Morning after breakfast drive to Rishikesh. Upon arrival check-in the hotel. Evening Arti darshan at Parmath Niketan Ram Jhula. Dinner and for overnight stay in hotel.
Day 03: Rishikesh - Uttarkashi
Morning after breakfast drive to Uttarkashi around 170 Kms. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi check in hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04: Uttarkashi – Gangotri (3100 M)
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Gangotri. Overnight Guest House at Gangotri.
Day 05: Gangotri – Nala Camp (3680 M)
Morning after breakfast start your trek to Nala camp. Nala Camp is just above the tree-line in Gangotri. Overnight stay in tents.
Day 06: Nala Camp – Rudragaira Base Camp (4325 M)
Our day thee of trekking today we will start with a steep climb to a huge meadow followed by a river crossing and another steep climb right up to the Rudragaira Base Camp. Set up the camp for overnight stay.
Day 07: Acclimatisation Day (4325 M)
Today is an acclimatise day we can take a short walk near camp. Overnight at Rudragaira Base Camp.
Day 08: Rudragaira Base Camp - Auden’s Col Base Camp (4950 M)
Today we will have a long trekking day as we will reach at the base of Auden’s Col Base Camp. Enroute we will cross Gangotri base camp and Shukha Tal. We will reach at foot of cal by afternoon and set up the camp for overnight.
Day 09: Base Camp – Auden’s Col – Khatling Glacier (5091 M)
Today we will start early morning to make the climb to the Col easier in the firmer snow. Auden’s Col offers excellent views of the Khatling Glacier, and the mountain peaks of Jaonli, Kedarnath, Jogin & Gangotri. From the Col we will trek down to Khatling Glacier and setup for overnight stay.
Day 10: Khatling Glacier Camp – Zero Point (3910 M)
Today we have to trek around 8 Kms in Glacier. overnight stay will be a zero point.
Day 11: Rest Day
Today is a reserve day in case of bad weather. Overnight at Camp.
Day 12: Zero Point - Chowki (3,540M)
Today we will trek to Chowki. Overnight stay in tents in Chowki.
Day 13: Chowki – Masar Tal (3750 M)
Today you will reach to Masar. You will have a beautiful view of Thaley Sagar. Overnight stay in Masar tal.
Day 14: Masar Tal – Vasuki Tal (4200 M)
Today we will trek to Vasuki Tal Enroute we will cross Mayali Pass 5050 M You will find the train with boulders and snow. We will camp near the lake of Vasuki Tal.
Day 15: Vasuki Tal – Kedarnath (3500 M)
Today we will reach to Kedarnath Dham. It will be around 8 kms trek. Our stay will be in hotel in Kadarnth today.
Day 16: Kedarnth – Gaurikund – Srinagar
Morning after breakfast trek down to Gaurikund from where we will board in the waiting vehicle and drive to Srinagar Via Rudraprayag. Overnight stay in hotel
Day 17: Srinagar – Delhi
Morning after breakfast drive back to Delhi via Haridwar. Upon arrival check in the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 18: Delhi Departure.
Check out from hotel and drive to IGI airport to fly back home.
