  • Is the Tung Nath trek challenging? This query has a difficult answer. The hike has a hard elevation even though it is not very long. The initial days of a journey can be challenging for first-timers to acclimatize to.
Although the difficulty of the trek to Tung Nath varies depending on the individual, it is generally thought to be difficult. The abrupt difference in height and the adverse weather are the main causes for calling it difficult. Temperature differences in the area can reach as high as 20 to 30 degrees Celsius, and there are often quite harsh weather conditions. Additionally, the path can be treacherous at times because the majority of the way to Tung Nath is through trees. The degree of difficulty of the Tung Nath hike will vary depending on the weather, your level of fitness, and how well you prepare. The final leg to Tung Nath temple is the toughest part of the walk. This section is a little difficult because there is a strong rise. The entire walk may be finished in a single day and is about 10 kilometers long.
