Yogic practice for a month if added to the training schedule of the mountaineers who wish to summit various peaks may help in safe and successful summit. OR else we can try thisas to how far it helps when compared to those without the practice of Yoga. This may serve as a pilot study for research in the field of adventure.

    • Thank you for your valuable input. Integrating yogic practices into mountaineering training indeed seems like a promising approach to enhance climbers’ overall preparedness and safety. Your suggestion to conduct a pilot study comparing the outcomes of climbers with and without yoga practice is a fantastic idea. This research could significantly contribute to the adventure sports community, providing evidence-based insights for aspiring mountaineers.
