Choose Beach front Villas instead of Water Villas in Maldives

There are two types of villas. Water villas are much more expensive than beachfront villas because there is a difference in their maintenance costs. If you are not alone, then do not go for the beach villas, you should go for the water villas in Maldives in a cost-sharing arrangement to cut down on costs.

Splitting your stay in the resort with a certain number of nights in a Beach Villa and some more nights in a water villa will result in affordability, and do not miss out the overall experience of staying in both types of villas.

Below is an approximate minimum cost of Beach villa and Water villa.

Water Villa

Rs 40,000 / Night Approx.
Beach Villa

Rs 15,000 / Night Approx.
