Prices Include:

• Accommodation for 02 nights on double/twin sharing basis in the mentioned hotels and similar.
•   Meal as per mentioned in the itinerary.
•  Train Ticket from sector Delhi – Jaipur, Jaipur – Agra and Agra – Delhi.
• Transport will be using air-conditioned tourist vehicle.
• All current Government taxes are included in the above price (above includes service only), which are subject to change without any notice.

Prices DO NOT Include:

•  
• Services of English-Speaking Local Guide for the sightseeing as per the itinerary.
• One-time entrances to the monuments as per the itinerary.
• Any meal apart from mentioned above cost includes.
• Car at disposal or any sightseeing on leisure days unless specified above
• Early check in or a late checkout room (s) at any hotel (s) unless specified above
• Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train    schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc.
• Expenses of personal nature like personal gratuities, telephone charges, laundry, spa activities, drinks etc.
•  Tips to driver, guide, hotel staff & representative.
• Any porterage at hotel (for baggage on arrival and departure from the hotel).
• Camera/video camera fee at monuments
• Any other item not specifically mentioned above as 'INCLUDED'

Payment Policy:

Upon confirmation of the booking, we would require 25% of the total invoice and the balance 75% amount should be paid 60 days prior to the date of arrival

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt Ltd.

For cancellation made 60 prior to the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 60-30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice.  For cancellation made within 30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.

In certain cases, the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.

Unused Services & Refund  

No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services.

Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.

If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.        

Responsibility & Liability

All the packages are sold under the business management of Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt Ltd. Shikhar Travels reserves the right to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes / riots, road block etc..

Governing Law

These conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
