India’s journey of eradicating the spread of hyperendemic polio has been a major one, its success rate has been praiseworthy with acclaimed global recognition of which Polio Immunization programmes such as the Pulse Polio, NID tours, Rotary Polio tours etc. As organized by the government & NGOs that have played a major role in the making. But it is with the support of the citizens of the country, their volunteering & constant effort that this has been made possible.
Day 1: Arrive Delhi
Based on your flight arrival time, we will arrange for an assisted transfer for you to your hotel.
Day 2: Delhi
Morning visits the Rotary project.
Afternoon visit WHO/Polio Plus office for Polio briefing.
Later, depending on the time schedule, a short trip to visit Humayun Tomb, and drive past India Gate and the President House while driving back to the hotel.
Day 3: Delhi
Morning visit rotary project.
Evening Rotary Dinner-Get together with Rotary Club.
Day 4: Delhi- NID DAY
NID activities in Rural Village in the outskirts of Delhi.
Afternoon at leisure.
Day 05: Delhi- NID Door-to-Door Immunization Programmed
Participate in house-to-house Immunization activities.
Afternoon at leisure.
Evening Farewell dinner.
Day 6: Delhi
Delhi Sightseeing visit Qutab Minar, Old Delhi, Jama Majid, Rickshaw Ride in Old Delhi.
Day 7: Delhi - Agra
Agra sightseeing- Visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
Day 8: Agra - Jaipur
Visit Itmad-ud- Daula and Fatehpur Sikri, before driving to Jaipur.
Day 9: Jaipur
Jaipur Sightseeing visiting Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and City Palace.
Afternoon visit Rotary Project.
Evening: Dinner Get-together with Rotary Cub
Day 10: Jaipur - Delhi
Visit Amer Fort before driving to Delhi.
Day 11: Delhi Departure
In time transfer to International Airport for onward flight.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd.
For cancellation made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 4 weeks of scheduled departure, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.
In certain cases, the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.
Unused Services & Refund
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by the passenger while travelling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services.
Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip. If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
Responsibility & Liability
All the packages are sold under the business management of Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. Shikhar Travels reserves the right to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes/riots, road block etc.
Governing Law
This conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi. Delhi.
