Post Convention Tour - Taiwan Rotary International Convention 2026 itinerary
Day 1 - 13 June: Arrival Taipei
• Morning / Afternoon: Arrivals at Taoyuan International Airport. Group meet & greet; baggage handling; transfer to hotel in Taipei (approx. 50–75 minutes depending on traffic).
• Late afternoon: Short orientation walk near hotel; collect welcome packs (itinerary, emergency numbers, local SIM options).
• Evening: Group dinner at a local restaurant. Optional visit to Shilin Night Market for street food & shopping (self-guided small groups).
• Overnight: Taipei.
Why this matters: Light activity day to recover from travel and adjust to local time.
Day 2 — 14 June: Convention Day
• Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the convention venue.
• Later in the evening, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 – 15 June: Convention Day
• Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the convention venue.
• Later in the evening, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4 – 16 June: Convention Day
• Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the convention venue.
• Later in the evening, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 – 17 June: Convention Day
• Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the convention venue.
• Your guide will meet you at time TBA and escort you to the Rotary Convention Center for the closing ceremony.
• Return to the hotel.
Day 6 — 18 June: Taipei City Highlights
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall: iconic monument and landscaped plaza photo stops and brief orientation to Taiwan’s modern history.
• Taipei 101, the tallest building in the world before 2010 (you can take the high-speed elevator to go up to the 89th floor Observatory Deck (included) and visit.
• Group lunch (traditional Taiwanese cuisine).
• Lungshan Temple & Dihua Street: experience a working temple and then stroll historic Dihua Street for tea shops and traditional crafts.
• In the evening, shopping at Ximending shopping area.
• Evening: Dinner at an Indian restaurant.
Day 7 — 19 June: Yehliu Geopark & Shifen Village (full day)
• Yehliu Geopark: coastal geopark with dramatic hoodoo and mushroom-shaped rock formations — the famous “Queen’s Head” is a highlight (photo stop and short walk along boardwalks).
• Continue to Shifen Village. You will visit Shifen Waterfall and enjoy the greenery around you.
• Move to the railway area and try to use a brush pen to write your wishes on the sky lantern (4 pax sharing a huge lantern). Set it in the sky and wish your dreams would come true.
• Overnight in Taipei
Day 8 – 20 June: Departure
• After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to the aiport
Tour Highlight

(3) 7-night accommodation on TWN/DBL sharing basis with daily breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing and the admission as described in the itinerary
