Day 1: Delhi – Agra
Your royal journey aboard the Maharajas’ Express begins with a warm welcome and check-in at Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station at 06:15 hrs. Enjoy breakfast on board at 07:30 hrs as the train proceeds towards Agra. A tour briefing will be conducted at 11:30 hrs, followed by lunch on board at 12:30 hrs.
At 14:30 hrs, proceed to visit the iconic Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a timeless symbol of love. After exploring this architectural masterpiece, return to the comforts of the Maharajas’ Express at 18:30 hrs. You may relax on board or choose from optional activities. Dinner will be served on board at 19:30 hrs, followed by an overnight stay in Agra.
Day 2: Agra – Ranthambore
Begin your day with an early morning visit to the historic Agra Fort at 06:00 hrs. Return to the train at 08:10 hrs and enjoy breakfast on board as the Maharajas’ Express proceeds to Sawai Madhopur, the gateway to Ranthambore National Park.
Lunch will be served on board at 13:00 hrs. In the afternoon, embark on an exciting game drive through Ranthambore National Park at 14:30 hrs, renowned for its rich wildlife and the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger. Return to the train at 17:30 hrs, and at 18:00 hrs the Maharajas’ Express departs for Jaipur. Spend the evening enjoying a special Indian-themed cultural evening followed by dinner on board at 19:30 hrs.
Day 3: Jaipur
Enjoy breakfast on board at 07:00 hrs before proceeding to visit the magnificent Amber Fort at 08:15 hrs. Explore this splendid hilltop fort, celebrated for its impressive architecture, ornate courtyards, and royal heritage.
Return to the Maharajas’ Express at 13:00 hrs, followed by lunch on board at 13:30 hrs. The afternoon is at leisure, allowing you to relax on board or participate in optional activities. In the evening, proceed for an exclusive dinner at the iconic Rambagh Palace at 18:00 hrs, offering a regal dining experience. Return to the train at 21:30 hrs, and later the Maharajas’ Express departs for Delhi at 22:35 hrs.
Day 4: Delhi
Enjoy breakfast on board at 07:30 hrs as the train makes its final approach to Delhi. At 09:30 hrs, disembark at Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station and bid farewell to the Maharajas’ Express, bringing your memorable journey through the treasures of India to an end.
